Partially hydrolysed guar gum is a soluble, non-digestible complex carbohydrate derived from the guar bean, a legume. Technically classified as a galactomannan gum a glyconutrient with a mannose backbone and galactose branches. PHGG is produced using a special water-based process with no added chemicals, resulting in a partially hydrolysed fibre that’s low in viscosity, fully water-soluble and virtually tasteless, making it exceptionally easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
